Frequently Asked Questions
What are the benefits of using the 360 SureSeal?
- The 360 SureSeal acts as a clear, visible deterrent to wear-and-return and product switching.
- It prevents items from being worn, used, or swapped and then returned, as the seal must remain intact for a return to be accepted.
- It removes the burden from customer service teams to determine whether an item has been used — the condition is immediately clear based on the seal.
- Each seal is serialized, providing traceability and confirming that what was sent is what is returned.
- If a seal is opened or tampered with, it reveals a hidden VOID message, giving clear evidence that the item has been interfered with.
- It helps protect against counterfeit returns, product switching, and “tag tucking.”
- For international returns, it can support proof of return status in cases where duties or claims are disputed.
- The all-in-one design makes it simple to apply, with no additional components required, and suitable for a wide range of products including handbags, accessories, footwear, and eyewear.
- It is accessible to brands of all sizes, offering a low cost per item protected while significantly reducing return-related losses.
Will the 360 SureSeal damage my items?
- No — the 360 SureSeal is designed to protect your items without causing damage.
- It does not require any pins or puncturing, so your product remains completely intact.
- The seal loops through an existing attachment point (such as a zipper pull, buckle, or label) and secures onto itself, rather than adhering directly to the item.
- The tamper-evident adhesive is contained within the seal, meaning it does not come into contact with the product surface.
- This allows you to protect your items while preserving their condition and value.
What information should I include in my own return policy?
- We recommend clearly informing customers that their item will arrive with a tamper-evident 360 SureSeal attached.
- Your policy should state that returns will only be accepted if the seal remains intact and attached to the item.
- Once a customer has decided to keep their purchase, the seal can be easily removed.
- This simple disclosure sets clear expectations upfront, acts as a strong deterrent to misuse, and helps ensure a smooth and transparent returns process.
What are the benefits to my customers if I use the 360 SureSeal?
- Using the 360 SureSeal builds confidence in the returns process, giving customers assurance that returns are handled fairly and consistently.
- Customers know that items they receive have not been worn, used, or tampered with, helping protect the integrity of every purchase.
- The seal is designed to allow at-home try-on or inspection while still attached, so customers can make a decision before committing.
- This creates a more transparent and trustworthy shopping experience, where expectations are clear from the start.
