EVERY LOOP SECURES A
SALE AGAINST RETURN FRAUD
SIMPLE APPLICATION
The 360 ID Tag can be applied as you need it to new or pre-owned merchandise with or without the original manufacturer's tags. Each roll holds 164 feet / 50 meters of tag material.
Just measure once...

DOUBLE IT UP
Measure out enough tag material plus a bit more to create a generous loop that still allows the item to be tried on.

ALL YOU NEED IS SCISSORS
Measure twice, cut once.

THREAD IT THROUGH
Half on the inside, half on the outside.

BRING IT ALL TOGETHER
Bring the ends of the return tag material together to complete the loop. The return tag is printed with a 4" repeated pattern, so your return policy will always be on display.

SEAL IT UP
Apply one of your uniquely numbered tamper-evident security seals to join the two ends together. The serial numbers add another layer of protection against return fraud as the 360 ID Tag can'
t be reapplied by a buyer who has their own supply of tags.

LOCK IT DOWN
Wrap the tamper-evident security seal around the back of the return tag at the join and your secure loop is complete. Press down on the seal to ensure good contact with the return tag. Don’t forget to take note of the unique serial number for easy tracking of your returns.

VISUAL DETERRENT
Take your return policy to the next level by photographing an example of your merchandise secured with a 360 ID Tag. This is the easiest way to ward off serial returners or those looking to engage in return fraud.

FULL DISCLOSURE
Don’t forget to mention the 360 ID Tag in your return policy or listings to provide clear notice to buyers that their item has a return tag. Honest buyers will appreciate the extra level of security.

WRAP IT UP
After the sale, ship your item with the easily integrated return tag attached. The 360 ID Tag is malleable and soft so it will not damage or puncture fabrics like hard plastic security tags.

SHIP IT OUT
Give yourself the peace of mind knowing that your merchandise is protected long after it has left your hands. The visible return tag gives an added layer of protection to items sold online.

TRY IT ON FOR SIZE
In the comfort of their home buyers can assess items as they traditionally would, but with the return tag attached. Clothing, shoes and accessories can still be tried on just not worn out or photographed for an #OOTD on Instagram stopping the snap-and-send-back phenomenon.

ACCEPTING A RETURN - YES!
Processing returns just became a whole lot easier for you, your staff and your buyers. No more guess work on whether an item has been used, worn or switched for a counterfeit item (yes – it happens!). Eliminate those awkward conversations as the state of the return tag tells the story.

A TAMPERED RETURN - NO!
Obvious evidence. Simple and predictable. Effectively deterring and fighting ever increasing return fraud incidents like wear and return, wardrobing or counterfeit product switches.

THE EVIDENCE IS CLEAR
The multi-layered tamper-evident security seals cannot be stuck back down as once the seal has been removed, the VOID pattern remains visible. This is the missing proof often required by online selling platforms. The state of the return tag tells a definitive story with stronger, photographable evidence than smells or signs of wear that weren't there when the item was shipped to the buyer.

THE IMPACT OF RETURN FRAUD ON E-COMMERCE
According to the National Retail Federation, return fraud was a $18-24 billion challenge to sellers in 2018.
Adding a return tag to your merchandise offers a solution to this growing problem in the e-commerce and online selling marketplace world.
