HOW TO USE
Dispense the white return tag material (sold separately) off the roll and loop it through the merchandise you want to protect from return fraud. Overlap the two ends of the return tag by approximately 5/8" / 1.5cm and seal using the blue tamper-evident security seal.
Ensure the seal's 360 ID Tag logo and serial number are centered on the return tag material. Fold the top and bottom tail of the seal to the back and rub with your fingers to create a strong bond. The seal will overlap on itself at the back.
Repeat with the remaining seals for each item you want to protect from return policy abuse.
The return tag won't prevent your customer from assessing their purchase at home to determine fit or style, nor damage the merchandise.
Buyers who want to keep their purchase can peel off the tamper-event security seal or remove the return tag with regular scissors. Peeling off the seal leaves a permanent VOID pattern on the return tag material that cannot be covered up, nor can the seal be reapplied without obvious evidence of its initial removal.
A person with their own supply of tamper-evident security seals cannot remove and replace the 360 ID Tag with their seal due to the unique serial numbers registered and assigned to you.
If your buyer wishes to return their purchase, they leave the 360 ID Tag attached, making the returns process predictable for both them and your company.
