CONDITIONS OF SALE
All phone orders must be in writing. An emailed order is considered an original order.
All Platform orders will be reviewed prior to fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
All cancellation requests will be billed for labor and materials used up to the cancellation date plus a $15 restocking fee.
360 ID Tag reserves the right to cancel any order placed through our platform upon review of the account prior to fulfilling the order request.
Returns will be accepted, only with written authorization when less than 2 months have passed since the ship date. The product must be packed in original unopened boxes or with material unused and intact. A 20% Re-Stocking fee applies to all returns.
Any damages, discrepancies or errors must be reported within 72 hours after the receipt of the merchandise.

Except for the logos, trademarks, and trade names of our third-party business partners, all logos, and trade names used in connection with 360 ID Tag and the Products are exclusively owned by Secure Authentication Group. Unauthorized use of any 360 ID Tag mark, service mark, or logo may be a violation of applicable laws.
The Platform and the content made available through the Platform are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not use, modify, reproduce, or distribute any of the content, or the design or layout of the Platform, or individual sections of the content, design, or layout of the Platform without Secure Authentication Group's express prior written permission.
